Центр информации по операционным системам: Доступна первая предварительная версия Linux 2.4.30

Марсело Тосатти объявил о доступности Linux 2.4.30-pre1. Помимо всего прочего в эту версию вошло обновление поддержки SATA, набор исправлений сетевой части и обратные порты из 2.6, усиливающие защиту системы.

Патч Linux 2.4.29 -> 2.4.30-pre1 (31.2 КБ).

Заметка: далее идет changelog, постараюсь сопровождать ими и другие версии.
